She plays a key leadership role within the PM Consulting Group of Companies, overseeing initiatives across operations, talent acquisition, business development, and workforce solutions.
She has led recruitment and organizational initiatives supporting multinational and local companies across industries such as shared services, FMCG, healthcare, finance, logistics, technology, and professional services. Her experience spans executive hiring, workforce planning, large-scale recruitment operations, and client partnership management.
Known for her hands-on leadership style and operational discipline, Denice is recognized for building high-performing teams, strengthening client relationships, and driving sustainable business growth through people, strategy, and execution.
Jim Geralin

Jim is a finance and business leader with over 15 years of experience across financial reporting, accounting, taxation, payroll, treasury, and shared services operations. He has worked closely with CFOs and senior leadership teams to strengthen internal controls, improve financial processes, and support business growth through strategic financial management.
He currently serves as Group Finance Director for Proselect Management Inc., HR TechX Corp., and People Matter Consulting Corp., and is also a business partner at HR TechX Corp. His expertise includes financial management, shared services operations, process improvement, and business transformation initiatives.
Beyond his corporate work, he is actively involved in Rotary and community development initiatives, and has served as President of the Rotary Club of Muntinlupa Filinvest.
